Terms & Conditions

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms apply to My Table Plan (mytableplan.dev), an online service for building event seating plans, guest lists, invitations, dietary reports and entry passes. The service is provided by Louisa Porogovska, trading as My Table Plan, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). When you use the service, your contract is with Louisa Porogovska, trading as My Table Plan.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans and payment

We offer a free trial, a one-off Single event plan and a monthly Planner subscription, as described on our home page. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled; after cancelling, access continues until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by:

  • using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to send spam;
  • uploading content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • introducing malware, probing or attacking our systems, or scraping the service;
  • reverse engineering, reselling or getting around plan limits.

5. Your content

You own the event and guest information you add. You give us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to add your guests' details.

6. Our intellectual property

We own the service and all its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own copies (for example PDF downloads) of plans you rely on for an event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service at any time. When access ends we may delete your data after a reasonable period; contact us if you need an export.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. General

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
